3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users must use the youtogel platform in accordance with its intended purpose as a digital entertainment service, and may not exploit the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that harms other users or the platform itself.
The use of bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any technical method intended to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or the transaction system is strictly prohibited. Violations of this term will result in permanent account suspension and, where necessary, legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
Users are prohibited from colluding, meaning cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the platform. Our automated detection system monitors suspicious activity patterns, and reports may be submitted to the security team.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. youtogel is not responsible for any legal implications arising from use of the service in jurisdictions that prohibit or restrict such activity.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Financial Information
All transactions on the youtogel platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods available in Indonesia, including bank transfers and digital wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time without prior notice.
All withdrawal requests will be processed in queue order and are subject to the applicable verification process. Processing times typically vary depending on the method used and the completeness of account verification. The platform does not guarantee a specific processing time for any transaction.
Users must ensure that the bank account or digital wallet used for withdrawals belongs to them personally and matches the name registered on their youtogel account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in delays or cancellation of the transaction.
The platform reserves the right to hold or review transactions deemed suspicious, including but not limited to transactions showing indications of money laundering or bonus system abuse. Users found to have engaged in such abuse may forfeit funds associated with that activity.
5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
youtogel reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account if these & Terms and Conditions or other platform policies are violated, or if suspicious activity is detected that could harm the platform or other users.
In the case of a temporary suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email and given the opportunity to provide clarification. The platform will review that clarification within a reasonable timeframe before making a final decision.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for return in accordance with applicable procedures, provided all verification requirements have been met.
Accounts permanently closed due to violations are not entitled to a balance refund, including any bonuses or winnings obtained through activity that breached the platform's terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the youtogel platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, brand names, and the user interface, is the intellectual property of the platform or its legitimate licensors.
